I am no longer attending San Jose
State University and am postponing getting my master's degree in
Theatre Arts - Drama. Here is their Theatre Arts Department
homepage. I majored in technical theatre at American University in
Washington, D.C. Here is the Department
of Performing Arts homepage. The following is a list of shows I
have been involved with. Mainstage shows are performed at The
Experimental Theatre on American University's campus. For more

at Paramount's Great America
- A live action show featuring dance music from the 70's and 80's.
Now showing at The Paramount Theatre. I am the assistant stage manager.

Travels With My Aunt novel by Graham Greene
- A Round House Theatre production for which I served as back stage
crew. I also did the ironing. I know, it's quite impressive, isn't
it? Directed by Jerry Whiddon. Review

South Pacific by Rodgers and Hammerstein
- American University Mainstage production for which I was the
Lighting Designer. My Senior Capstone project. Directed by Elizabeth
Vrenios. Images.
Tap Fusion choreographed by Barry Blumenfeld
- A graduate thesis concert by Barry Blumenfeld which combined tap
with modern dance. I was the sound operator for this show. Barry
rocks. He is going to be famous someday and I can say that I knew
him. And Barry, if you ever read this just remember it's not our
problem anymore!

A Saroyan Celebration: Hello Out There & My Heart's In the
Highlands by William Saroyan
- Two one acts by The American Century Theatre directed by DeAnna
Duncan and Laurie Mufson respectively. I was the Assistant Lighting
Designer working with Steve Holliday. Image.

You're Gonna Hear From Me
- This was a one woman show done by thirteen-year-old Alisa
Bernstein. I did PR and stage crew and a bit of everything else.

The Prisoner of Second Avenue by Neil Simon
- This was a show for Potomac Community Theater done at the Bullis
School. I was the Lighting Designer. This was my first attempt at
design. Eric Peterson directing. Review.

- An AU Mainstage show. I served as the Assistant Lighting

- This was an AU mainstage show. I was the Assistant Lighting
Designer. Gail Humphries directing. Review. Image.

Hair: The American Tribal Love-Rock Musical by Rado and Ragni
- This show was put on by B.A.P.A. (Bethesda Academy of Performing
Arts). It has a cast of 51 high school kids who performed at the AU
Experimental Theatre. I was the costume coordinator for the show.

The Big Bad Wolf vs. Miss Little Red Riding Hood: The Mike
Tyson Story by David Whitehead
- This was an ill-fated show that only ran one night. I called the
show although was not officially the stage manger.

A Funny Thing Happened On the Way To the Forum
- This was an AU Mainstage production which I stage managed. Yes,
this is the same show that opened on Broadway with Nathan Lane and now
stars Whoopi Goldberg as Pseudolus. Here is a review of the

- This was an AU Mainstage show. I served as the Master Carpenter
for this one. I hope to get a picture of the set on here sometime

- This was a show put on at my former school, Hobart and William Smith
