Maple Pass

I hiked the Maple Pass loop trail with my group and family. As they say, pictures speak a thousand words:

The approximately seven mile round trip hike started off with a fairly steep climb, and we had a snack at Lake Ann. We then climbed all the way up to pass where there were some snowfields visible. We then climbed down and went to the second (and bigger) lake, Rainy.

We ended up at the Buffalo Run Restaurant in Marblemount on the way back and had some good Buffalo Burgers. I highly recommend this hike (and the restaurant).
