RAMP is a suite of programs to aid in the modelling of protein three dimensional (3D) structure. This document describes how to use the suite of programs in RAMP.
As of this moment, documentation is sparse, but some familiarity with Unix systems will enable you to use the software in the RAMP distribution easily.
You may also wish to look into the RAMBIN distribution. I highly recommend installing it also, even though the two distributions are fairly independent of each other.
